At Dwell, our skills are best applied to larger projects whether they be Additional Dwelling Units, Large Scale Remodels or Custom Built Homes. That said, regardless of the size of your project, please contact our office to tell us more about your vision and we can go from there.
Will you handle the purchasing of materials?
We have different options available to fit your needs. Some clients prefer that we handle all of the purchasing and managing the sourcing and procurement of all necessary materials, while others prefer to do it themselves.

Yes, we have a network of trusted tradespeople we frequently work with who, like us, are all highly skilled and professional, and importantly are all bonded and insured.
How do you charge for your services?
